The home seller had to quickly sell their house to pursue a job opportunity in another state. Years of wear and tear by the family and pets left the carpets in run down condition. The otherwise spacious backyard had become overgrown with dense vegetation. Cabinetry in the kitchens needed to be updated or replaced. The master bathroom was showing its age and was in dire need of a face lift.
EquiMaxit's certified contractors got to work right away. First structural defects in the back deck where corrected. The kitchen's cabinets were refaced and finished. Next came the paint, and lots of it. The two upper levels, with 5 bedrooms, were totally repainted. After painting came brand new carpet, again, replacing all the carpeting of the two upper levels. The master bathroom was fitted with all new finishings, faucets, cabinets, and an all new fully custom walk in closet. The overgrown backyard cleared and leveled. The side yard which had become overtaken by ivy was cleared and sodded.
