Home in Winder sold over the weekend!
The seller had to move. The seller was trying to get the home ready to sell, but was doing a lot of the work on his own or using contractors who were less than professional.
In order to sell this home in Winder for top dollar, professional contractors were brought in! The foundation had to be repaired, the walls through out the house needed patching, the fire place needed to be refaced, and the home needed to be painted - inside and out! For the house to appraise with the higher end homes in the neighborhood, new countertops were going to be a must! Beyond that, small minor things through out the home were done, like replacing cracked outlet fixtures, new knobs, etc... to make sure it showed perfectly.
