Home sold in Suwanee, Fast!
The homeowners of this Suwanee home wanted to sell their home for top dollar, and to do it quickly. The biggest issue they were facing was that the entire home needed updates in order to get a good offer in quickly. It is a beautiful home, that is well built, but with the old worn out carpet, and dingy paint, offers would have been slow coming, and low to match!
In order to sell this Suwanee house fast, we had to remove all the carpet and padding, and replace it with new We had to prep, prime and paint all the walls, trim, doors, and in some cases the ceilings too. There were some rooms with outdated wall paper that had to be torn out. And lastly, in order for the kitchen to match all the new upgrades, we had to rip out the old counter tops and put in new granite!
